We strengthen management team with new appointments and promotions
Due to our rapid expansion, having more than doubled our workforce over the past three years to 62 employees, we have promoted our Head of Finance and Business Manager to Finance Director and Commercial Director respectively and appointed a new Operations Director.
Commercial Director Kelly Longmuir has worked for Total Motion for 11 years, having previously worked for National Car Rental for 6 years, undertaking managerial roles within the Customer Services and Sub Contracting departments. Kelly has been part of the successful growth of the company and has seen the head count increase dramatically during this time from 5 employees to over 60 with a global reach.
Kelly is responsible for overseeing the SME and Consumer Sales Team, Sales Support Team and the Account Management Team.
Finance Director Mark Hughes joined us two years ago having worked at Agility Fleet as their Finance Director. Mark has over 30 years’ experience within the automotive sector having previously been Finance Director at BRS Automotive, Managing Director at BRS Carlease and Quality Director at GE Capital Fleet Services.
Mark’s brief is to continue to grow the business organically, via existing products and the introduction of innovation solutions in new market segments within fleet management and business and personal vehicle leasing.
Operations Director Matt Neale has been in the industry for 17 years, having worked for Lombard Vehicle Management, Masterlease and National Car Parks before joining Fraikin, where he managed the UK Support Centre. Most recently he was Operations Manager and Rental lead for BT Fleet.
In his new role Matt will be accountable for Fleet Administration, Rental, Drivers Support and the complete procurement portfolio.
Matt said he was attracted to Total Motion by its ethos and the opportunity to “really make a difference to enhancing the customers’ experience.”
Nigel Hope, who has been with the company for three and a half years, has stepped into the newly created position of Technical Services Manager.
Sean Griffin has been promoted to Fleet Administration Manager. Sean has worked for the company for the past 3 years after having worked at National Car Rental for 11 years.
Elsewhere, Natasha Myers who joined us in 2015 to work in the sales department has been promoted to Sales Support Manager. This is Natasha’s second promotion in the company within this time having been promoted to Team Leader last year.
In addition, Tom Price, who joined us initially in fleet administration just over a year ago, has been promoted to Rental and Logistics Manager having worked for National Car Rental/Europcar before becoming a fleet manager in the NHS.
We have also made new appointments in the areas of Business Change, Business Support, Rental and Logistics and HR and Marketing.
Business Change Manager Lewis Carroll joins us from Fraikin, where, during the past 10 years he has worked in a variety of roles progressing to managing SME customers nationally as well as managing the UK call centre.
Tracey Ryan, Business Support Manager, joins Total Motion after 21 years with BT having worked in several department including Fleet Administration, Customer Service, Complaint Management, Performance Management and Quality Management.
Also new to the team is HR and Marketing Manager Raquel Lesta, who joins the company after 10 years with Leicester chartered accountants Newby Castleman. Raquel is responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing and events as well as coordinating our HR function.
