Role: Corporate Client Administrator

Total Motion Vehicle Management is the largest family run and privately-owned fleet management and leasing provider in the UK. From our Leicestershire headquarters we provide complete, bespoke solutions to organisations throughout the UK and Europe who operate fleets from 30 to in excess of 60,000 vehicles.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with excellent customer service and administration skills to join our Corporate Client Administration team. You will work closely with our Corporate Client Executives, Clients, Drivers and Suppliers, assisting and ensuring we maintain our outstanding levels of customer service. You will be responsible for processing fuel card requests, parking permits and adding Drivers to various tolls. In addition to this you will carry out licence checking and other administrative tasks that cover a variety of areas within our Corporate Client Services.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. You will have experience of Microsoft packages along with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of the Fleet environment, but more important to us is the determination to succeed and have enthusiasm.
Due to our fast and ongoing growth every team member needs to successfully meet deadlines, work with minimum supervision and have great understanding of customer service and compliance to maintain our customers happiness and our services up to standard.
