Reporting directly to the Head of Sales – we are looking for articulate and driven individuals who are looking to join a fantastic and expanding organisation as a Sales Administrator.
As a Sales Administrator, you will work within the Sales team, supporting them with daily administrative duties.
Sales Administrator – The Role
Supporting the sales team.
Managing the process for new and replacement company cars; including, but not limited to; commencing the renewal process by notifying drivers, ensuring all the necessary approvals are in place, ordering new cars and arranging delivery.
Liaising with suppliers and clients.
Inputting data into the internal system.
Producing accurate and detailed reports for the management team.
Working in a fast paced environment .
Sales Administrator – The Candidate
Interested in a career within account management/sales.
Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
Confident communication skills.
Some previous sales administration experience would be advantageous.
Motivation to succeed and grow.
A eagerness to support the team as and when required.
