Servicing, Maintenance
and Repair Management
Vehicle maintenance is always a high
proportion of fleet costs, so Total Motion has developed a choice of
options to help you reduce spend, improve quality and manage
maintenance more effectively.
Whichever option you choose, you’ll
benefit from our agreed preferential terms with a nationwide network
of suppliers, most of which are manufacturer’s agents. Total Motion
will also take control of all the administration including:
▪ Servicing scheduling
▪ Tyre Management
▪ MOT renewals
▪ Manufacturer recalls and warranty administration
▪ Invoice administration and validation
▪ Cost monitoring, authorisation and reporting
Pay on use maintenance
Total Motion will co-ordinate and manage all maintenance and repair
issues. You’ll receive one bill at the end of the month for what has
been spent on your behalf. Our estimated saving per invoice is 18%.
Shared profit contract
maintenance
If you prefer to pay a fixed cost every month, Total Motion will set
a guaranteed monthly, quarterly or annual maintenance charge per
vehicle based on the expected mileage. You only pay extra for excess
mileage, accidental damage or abuse. At the end of the contract
term, we will refund you a minimum of 80% of any surplus – which
could be as much as £1,800. |
