A small facilities management company was running 24 cars and 13 vans on contract hire. Total Motion switched the vehicle funding and management to a specially designed Prism package.

Saving: £28,000 per year

A national company had 180 vehicles on contract hire and 20 through outright purchase. Total Motion helped reduce the fleet to 30 by designing and implementing a cash opt out scheme.

Saving: £120,000 per year

A national construction services company was running 80 cars and 270 commercial vehicles. Total Motion designed and implemented a new flexible fleet policy to suit the fluctuations of the business and improve the maintenance service. Up to 30% of the fleet can now be returned at any time.

Saving: £200,000 per year

A global plc was running 3,000 cars, vans and HGVs in the UK. Total Motion reworked the whole fleet policy, moving the cars and vans to Prism with shared profit maintenance and introducing sale and leaseback with pay on use maintenance for the lorries. We also advised on fuel management, insurance and a cash for car scheme.
